Inked Nation / Southern Classics Tattoo Expo & Arts Festival

By purchasing a ticket, registering as a vendor, artist, or participant, or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• You may be photographed, filmed, or recorded by Inked Nation, its staff, contractors, or authorized media partners. 
• You grant Inked Nation full, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any photographs, videos, or recordings. 
• These materials may be used for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, and commercial purposes in any format now known or later developed. 
• You waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such media. 
• You waive any right to compensation, royalties, or payment of any kind. 
• You release Inked Nation, its owners, staff, affiliates, sponsors, and partners from any and all liability related to the use of such media, now and in the future.

• All payments are final and non-refundable. 
• This includes, but is not limited to: 
  • Admission tickets 
  • Vendor booth fees 
  • Artist booth fees 
  • Deposits or installment payments 
• No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: 
  • Event cancellation or postponement 
  • Changes in scheduling or programming 
  • Personal inability to attend 
  • Weather conditions 
  • Acts of God 
  • Government restrictions 
  • Any circumstances beyond the control of Inked Nation 
• By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this strict no-refund policy and agree not to initiate chargebacks.

Inked Nation may modify, postpone, or cancel the Event at any time and is not liable for resulting losses.

You assume all risks associated with attending the Event and release Inked Nation from liability for injury, illness, or damages.

Vendors are responsible for compliance with laws and regulations. Inked Nation is not liable for lost or damaged property.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants must behave respectfully. Violations may result in removal without refund.

All event branding and materials are owned by Inked Nation and may not be used without permission.

Inked Nation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Inked Nation against claims arising from your participation.

11. Force Majeure

Inked Nation is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

13. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
